Prayers for Stellan

Prayers are needed for Stellan, he was admitted to the PICU last night and is not doing very well. He has been intubated (breathing with the aid of a ventilator), and receiving IV meds to try and convert his heart back to normal rhythm. He needs all our prayers, also keep the rest of his family in your prayers as well.

Prayers Needed for Stellan!!!!

You may recall me posting not long ago about Stellan. He is the little guy with the heart condition and had an ablation done not long ago. Well he has been in SVT for several days now with no relief. He needs our prays that he will come out of this. We also need to pray for strength for his family to get through this difficult time and prayers for his doctors so that the Lord will be able to give them direction on how to get Stellan better.

Birthday

Yesterday was my birthday and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. My wonderful husband gave me a dozen beautiful pink roses and a very nice card! We didn't have my birthday party yesterday because we had to move my grandma all weekend so we are going to have it this coming weekend. That was okay because my mom and nieces have all been sick. My mom did give me a gift - it was this cool cupcake pan I wanted, I had seen it on the home shopping network, I have never ordered anything off there, anyway it has this special attachment on it that puts holes in the middle of the cupcakes so you call fille them will stuff -you know like cream filling just like the Host.ess cupcakes...ohh I can't wait to make some... and I LOVE to make cupcake of any kind, I'm just so excited to use it!

We did get sad news over the weekend, our friends husband passed away on Friday night. The doctors told them there was nothing they could do for him so they made the decision to take him off life support and he only lived 6 minutes, that told them they made the right choice. He was a healthy man, never a sick day in his life and then this, he had blood vessels that ruptured in his brain which caused him to have a stroke which ended up being fatal. It all makes you really look at life and be thankful for what you have and thankfor for those in your life - live your life to the fullest each day and have faith in the Lord as he is your guide! My prayers are with them as their lives are going to be hard for awhile but they have strong family support and a strong faith in our Lord savior and he will carry them.

Nothing else going on...it was a warmer day here 50 I think and supposed to be around 60 tomorrow - I am loving this weather, too bad its not here to stay! Hope everyone else is also enjoying some warmer weather....
